Read more ...7 февраля 2016 года, в Неделю 36-ю по Пятидесятнице, когда празднуется Собор новомучеников и исповедников Церкви Русской и день памяти святителя Григория Богослова, председатель Отдела внешних церковных связей Московского Патриархата, ректор Общецерковной аспирантуры и докторантуры митрополит Волоколамский Иларион совершил Божественную литургию в московском храме Усекновения главы Иоанна Предтечи под Бором. Этот храм входит в комплекс Черниговского Патриаршего подворья, в зданиях которого размещается Общецерковная аспирантура и докторантура имени святых равноапостольных Кирилла и Мефодия.

On May 22, 2012, the commemoration day of the Forty Martyrs of Sebaste, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, head of the Moscow Patriarchate department for external church relations (DECR), celebrated the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts at the church of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist at the Patriarchal Metochion of the Wonder-workers of Chernigov. 

With the blessing of the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church, since 2010 the metochion compound has housed the Ss Cyril and Methodius Institute of Post-Graduate Studies (CMI).

On January 15, 2011, the day of the second finding of the relics of St Seraphim of Sarov, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, head of the Moscow Patriarchate department for external church relations (DECR) and rector of the Ss Cyril and Methodius Institute of Post-Graduate Studies (CMI), celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the church of the Beheading of St John the Baptist in the Patriarchal Metochion of the Wonder-workers of Chernigov. 

Among the metropolitan’s concelebrants was Archimadrite Seraphim (Shemyatovski) of the Orthodox Church of the Czech Lands of Slovakia.

On the Day of the Synaxis of the Most Holy Mother of God, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, rector of the Ss Cyril and Methodius Institute of Post-Graduate Studies (CMI), celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the church of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist at the Patriarchal Metochion of the Wonder-workers of Chernigov. 

Metropolitan Hilarion was assisted by Archpriest Vladimir Shmaliy, CMI pro-rector, and Rev. Mikhail Nemnonov of the Metochion of the Wonder-workers of Chernigov.

After the service, Metropolitan Hilarion greeted the congregation on the occasion of the Nativity of Christ and the Synaxis of the Most Holy Mother of God.

Read more ...On 27 January 2015, the Apodosis of the Theophany, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, rector of the Ss Cyril and Methodius Institute of Post-Graduate Studies (CMI), celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the church of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist of the Patriarchal Metochion of the Wonder-workers of Chernigov. 

The archpastor was assisted by Archpriest Vladimir Shmaliy and Hieromonk Ioann (Kopeikin), CMI pro-rectors, Rev Mikhail Zheltov, CMI Chair of Church Practices, Rev. Dimitry Safonov, deputy head of the CMI Chair of External Church Relations, Archimandrite Isaac (Boyadzhiysky), Bulgarian Orthodox Church, Rev. George Zavershinsky, dean of the Diocese of Sourozh parishes in Scotland and North Ireland, and clergy of the church. 

Among the worshippers were staff members of the CMI, Ms Ye. Genieva, general director of the Rudomino All-Russia State Library of Foreign Literature, Mr. L. Sevastyanov, executive director of the St. Gregory the Theologian Foundation, as well as professors and students of the CMI.
